JOB SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Representative for Enova Science is a proactive, results-driven professional tasked with driving revenue growth in the contract dietary supplement manufacturing space. This position is responsible for identifying, managing, and closing prospective B2B accounts while serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal production teams. You will manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial custom formula quoting to tracking on-time production delivery—ensuring a seamless transition from closed deal to finished product.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Pipeline Management:
Perform outbound sales calls and emails to established and prospective B2B clients to generate contract manufacturing leads within your territory.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership:
Manage all key phases of the B2B formulation sales cycle: cold calling, introducing manufacturing capabilities, providing quotes, and closing production contracts.
Production Liaison & Follow-Up:
Actively follow up with the manufacturing and production teams post-sale to monitor lead times, track batch progress, and ensure client orders are moving smoothly through the pipeline.
Client Account Management:
Keep clients proactively informed on their production status, address any manufacturing or material delays, and maintain strong relationships to secure high-volume re-orders.
Broker & Partner Collaboration:
Work closely with independent sales brokers and internal Sales Operations to streamline quotes and optimize client turnaround time.
CRM Upkeep:
Log daily outreach, sales activities, production milestones, and pipeline health in the CRM system to monitor funnel efficiency.
Cross-Functional Teamwork:
Coordinate closely with the Quality, Formulations, Manufacturing, and Shipping teams to ensure final client product specifications and delivery deadlines are met flawlessly.
MINIMUM & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
Two or more years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high comfort level pitching manufacturing capabilities and translating technical production updates to clients. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple unique client formulation timelines and production schedules concurrently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior sales or account management experience in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing industries. Experience working directly with manufacturing/production environments, ERP systems, or supply chain workflows. Familiarity with contract manufacturing sales cycles, custom formulations, and white-label pricing structures. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary:
$20.00 - $25.00/hr (depending on experience).
Variable Incentive:
Eligible for performance-based commission/bonuses tied to annual sales objectives and contract manufacturing volume milestones.
