We offer premium infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin C shower experiences in private suites — a luxury wellness experience designed to help our members recover faster, sleep deeper, and feel their best. Our Newport Beach studio is looking for a Studio Lead to help us build something exceptional. The Role As Studio Lead, you'll be at the center of everything that makes our studio run beautifully. You'll lead a team of Sales Associates, deliver an unmatched member experience, and drive the numbers that grow the business. Day-to-day, you'll: Run the floor. Walk every suite before a member uses it. Catch fixes before clients see it. Manage supplies, schedules, and the small operational details that separate a luxury studio from an average one. Lead the team. Coach Sales Associates on outreach, follow-up, and in-studio sales. Run daily huddles. Set the tone. Hold people to the standard with care and consistency. Drive the numbers. Convert intros into members. Coach your team to do the same. Build relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term clients who refer their friends. We'll give you clear targets and review them with you every week. What We'll Measure You On Intro-to-member conversion rate New memberships sold Member retention Team performance and engagement Studio operational standards (cleanliness, uptime, audit scores) You'll know exactly where you stand. Our dashboards are clear, our targets are realistic, and we review them with you — not at you. What You Bring A track record of leading people. Could be retail, restaurants, fitness, hospitality, beauty — what matters is that you've actually led a team and made it better. Comfort with sales conversations and a history of hitting goals. Sharp attention to detail. You're the person friends ask to plan things because you don't miss the small stuff. Calm under pressure. Studios get busy, members get demanding, equipment breaks. You handle it. Availability for evenings, weekends, and the occasional holiday — that's when wellness studios are busiest. Schedules are predictable, but flexibility is non-negotiable. Genuine interest in wellness and how it changes people. You don't have to be a contrast therapy expert — we'll teach you everything. You do have to actually care. What You Don't Need A specific degree Experience in wellness, fitness, or spa specifically — some of our best leaders came from F&B, retail, or hospitality Familiarity with our software (we use AXLE & MBO
— we'll train you). It's a plus if you have worked with either before - but not expected. What You Get Pay:
$24-$26/hour based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses for exceeding targets. Membership:

Bonuses + Commision:
You'll be eligible for monthly bonuses that will be set each month based on studio needs. You will also receive commission on membership and pack sales. Real growth.
