Inside Sales Representative- Construction

We are seeking a reliable Inside Salesperson to support our sales team that will deliver competitive proposals that drive our success across the Western U.S. and Canada.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with Sales and Management team to ensure a great and seamless customer experience Communicate with customers via email and phone Prepare quotes Learn and maintain a solid knowledge of company offerings and products Follow up with customers, as necessary Use the company's CRM and software Ability to negotiate and overcome customer objectives Organize and manage a high volume of customer and outside sales demands

Good Fit:

Sales experience required Bidding experience is a huge plus—strong understanding of bid processes, cost analysis, and market conditions. General math skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment Proficiency in Excel, Adobe, and ERP/bidding software. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. High School Diploma or GED is required. We require a drug/alcohol test and a background check as a condition to employment. Why Join Us?
