has been a leader in the residential window and door replacement industry for nearly 20 years. We are looking for two in-home window and door salesperson to join our team. What's In It for You?
  • Base pay +
Generous Commission:
Yes, our sales reps earn a base wage PLUS commission. This is not a draw against commission or a temporary base to get you started. Salespeople work hard. We feel there should be a base pay component to their commission. The right person will earn $120k plus. The person we are replacing earned $170k the last two years before he retired.
  • Mileage Reimbursement /
Company Van:
When you are new, we pay mileage in addition to your pay. Once you have been with us a little while and have demonstrated that you are a producer, we will issue you a company van. This is a showroom on wheels that allows you to carry multiple windows, doors, shutters, blinds, retractable screens motorized screens and anything else you can think of that we sell. It's wrapped, so you'll make an amazing first impression when you pull up to the curb. Fuel, insurance, maintenance, and car washes are provided by the company when you are issued one of our vans.
  • Massive product offering: We sell vinyl, wood, aluminum, aluminum wood-clad, and steel windows. We also sell fiberglass, custom wood, steel and custom iron doors. Additionally, you can upsell addons such as blinds, shades and shutters! With a huge product offering like this, every lead has the potential to become your customer.
  • Two days off: We believe in work/life balance. So you will get two days off per week .
  • No Late Appointments:
    We book 10 am, 1 pm and 4 pm appointments. No 6 pm or 7 pm appointments. No getting home at midnight, missing your family in the evenings, etc.
  • Benefits:
    Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits available after 60 days. 401(k) with matching as well.
  • Paid Time Off:
    One week of PTO is earned every year. This job is for you, if...
  • Minimum 1 Year B2C direct sales / closing. Your experience does not need to be in home improvement, but it must be in B2C with a short closing cycle (same day). Your experience must be recent and contiguous.
  • Proven Track Record:
    You will need to demonstrate to us that you have the experience and skill we're looking for. Impress us with your achievements, awards, etc.
