LS Rack Inc. is a warehouse storage and racking solutions provider specializing in the sales, design, supply, and installation coordination of warehouse racking systems. We serve customers across various industries, including warehousing, logistics, retail, and manufacturing. We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position involves both office-based sales activities and on-site customer visits. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, developing new business opportunities, and helping customers find the right warehouse storage solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Identify potential customers through prospecting, networking, and follow-up activities. Communicate with customers to understand their warehouse storage and racking requirements. Conduct on-site customer visits to assess project needs, take measurements, and discuss potential racking solutions. Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow up on customer inquiries. Coordinate with internal teams regarding pricing, product availability, project details, and installation arrangements. Follow up on sales opportunities and negotiate pricing to close deals. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports. Travel locally as needed for customer meetings and site visits. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, preferably in warehouse racking, material handling, industrial equipment, construction, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to develop new customer relationships and generate sales leads. Comfortable conducting on-site customer visits and communicating with customers in person. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local customer visits. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary:

$60,000

•$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Regular working hours:

8:30 AM
