Job Description:
The Inside Sales Coordinator serves as a key liaison between customers, internal departments, and international business partners to ensure accurate and timely order processing. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, monitoring inventory availability, and maintaining records within the ERP system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to effectively communicate with both domestic and overseas teams to support smooth business operations.
Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders accurately through the ERP system. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. Coordinate order fulfillment with internal departments, distribution hubs, overseas offices, and vendors. Communicate with international business partners to ensure timely order processing, shipment coordination, and issue resolution. Monitor order status and provide customers with updates on shipments, backorders, and delivery schedules. Prepare and maintain sales orders, purchase orders, and related documentation. Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, accounting, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations. Review inventory levels and assist with order planning to meet customer demand. Resolve order discrepancies and support continuous improvement of order fulfillment processes. Maintain accurate records and data within the ERP system. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, order management, or a related field. Mandarin-speaking (strongly preferred) Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and business partners. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with domestic and international contacts. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP systems and order processing is preferred. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
