Key Responsibilities Generate new business through outside sales , prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients Identify staffing opportunities within manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, clerical, logistics, medical, and professional sectors Conduct in-person sales presentations and workforce solution consultations Build strong relationships with hiring managers, business owners, and key decision-makers Negotiate staffing partnerships and service agreements Meet and exceed monthly sales, activity, and revenue goals Collaborate with recruiters and branch staff to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline updates Qualifications Minimum 6 months of outside sales experience required Previous experience in B2B sales , business development , account management , or staffing sales preferred Staffing industry experience is highly preferred Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals Excellent time management and organizational skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for client meetings (car reimbursement provided)
