Who We Are We are a growing contemporary menswear brand specializing in tailored clothing, modern business casual, and elevated everyday apparel with expanding wholesale distribution through specialty stores and department store accounts across the U.S. Overview We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Product Development Coordinator to support our wholesale sales, seasonal product development, showroom preparation, customer communication, and day-to-day brand operations. This role works closely with the founder and team to help manage product execution, vendor follow-up, sample tracking, line sheets, tech packs, buyer appointments, customer visits, trade shows, and account support. The position may also include assisting with fit-testing for tailored menswear samples , trying on prototype garments when applicable, and providing feedback on fit, comfort, movement, construction, and overall wearability. Responsibilities Support seasonal product development and collection coordination Communicate with factories, vendors, and sample makers to manage timelines Track samples, production status, delivery schedules, and shipment timelines Maintain product information, line sheets, costing details, and development records Assist with showroom setup, buyer appointments, market preparation, and trade shows Support wholesale sales operations, customer follow-up, and account coordination Travel as needed to visit customers, attend trade shows, and support market events Assist with tailored menswear sample fit-testing and provide clear product feedback Support day-to-day operational, administrative, and cross-functional team needs Experience & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in menswear, fashion sales, merchandising, product development, apparel operations, or a related field Strong understanding of contemporary menswear, tailored clothing, or modern business casual apparel Excellent organization, communication, multitasking, and follow-through skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing brand environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic product documentation Experience with wholesale accounts, showroom appointments, trade shows, or department store/specialty retail accounts is a plus Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fit, and seasonal development is preferred Must be able to travel as needed for customer visits, trade shows, and market events. Preferred Background Experience with contemporary menswear, tailoring, or sportswear brands Familiarity with retailers such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue, or specialty menswear stores Understanding of the U.S. wholesale menswear marketLocation Ontario, California Job Type Full-time Compensation depending on experience
