We offer a wide range of high-quality ingredients, including Natural Plant Extracts, Vitamins, Amino Acids, Pharmaceutical Intermediates, and other specialty products. Lipond is committed to delivering excellent customer service and reliable, timely supply solutions. We are currently looking for a Sales Representative with experience in the dietary supplement or nutraceutical industry. Candidates with a background in Amazon sales, e-commerce, or retail distribution (such as CVS or similar chains) are highly preferred. This position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who can independently drive sales growth and expand our customer base.

    Base salary $3,000 per month plus Commission-based earnings Expected hours: 40 hours per week

    In person Job Overview Lipond International, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in nutraceuticals and dietary supplements. This role is ideal for someone with experience in online platforms (such as Amazon) and/or retail distribution channels (such as CVS, Walgreens, or similar). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the dietary supplement market, proven sales ability, and the capability to develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to promote nutraceutical ingredients and dietary supplement products Identify and generate new business opportunities in both e-commerce platforms (Amazon, etc.) and retail channels (CVS, pharmacies, health stores, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, quoting, negotiation to closing deals Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, quality) to ensure smooth order fulfillment Support customers with product information, pricing, and technical documentation Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the dietary supplement industry Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and business development activities when needed Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Qualifications:
    • Previous sales experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or related industry preferred
    • Experience with Amazon, e-commerce platforms, or retail distribution channels (CVS, Walgreens, etc.) is a strong plus
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
    • Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred
    • Bachelor's degree or Higher is required
