Job Type:
Full-Time / Base + Performance Bonuses The Role We are seeking a high-energy Field Business Development Representative to be the "tip of the spear" for our sales team. Your sole mission is to get us in the door. You won't be stuck behind a desk sending emails; you will be out in the Ontario and IE business community, meeting people face-to-face and setting high-quality appointments for our Account Executives. This is a high-volume, high-activity role. If you have the grit to handle rejection and the charisma to turn a "gatekeeper" into an ally, you will thrive here.
Key Responsibilities Door Knocking & Drop-ins:
Conduct 25-30 face-to-face visits per day to local businesses to identify hiring needs.
Lead Generation:
Identify key decision-makers (HR Managers, Plant Managers, Owners) and secure confirmed appointments for our sales closers.
Overcoming Objections:
Navigate "No" and "We already have a provider" to sell the value of a brief 15-minute introductory meeting.
Territory Management:
Systematically blanket industrial and commercial hubs in Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, and Fontana.
Reporting:
Document all field activity and scheduled appointments in our CRM daily.
Requirements Relentless Persistence:
You must be thick-skinned . You'll hear "no" 20 times a day, and you need to walk into the 21st door with a smile.
Reliable Transportation:
Must have your own vehicle, a valid CA driver's license, and insurance. This role is 100% field-based . The "Hunter"
Mentality:
You enjoy the chase. You are motivated by hitting activity targets and seeing your appointments turn into signed deals.
Professional Presence:
You can walk onto a construction site or into a corporate office and command respect immediately.
Pay:
$700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
