Responsibilities Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and personalized service Drive your assigned route efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups while adhering to safety regulations Conduct route driving with professionalism, demonstrating safe driving practices and knowledge of traffic laws Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction Manage merchandising displays to ensure product presentation is attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards Handle heavy lifting when necessary to unload or organize inventory during deliveries or stock replenishments Use pricing knowledge effectively to provide accurate quotes and negotiate deals that benefit both the customer and company Maintain detailed records of sales activities, route schedules, and customer interactions for organizational purposes Experience Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a retail or delivery environment Strong understanding of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and merchandising principle Excellent math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and measurements accurately Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse customers and team members Military experience is a plus, especially if it involved leadership roles Join us as a Sales Representative where your energy fuels success!
