Job Description
We're hiring an all-star team lead-product specialist to manage our team and help us hit our sales goals. You'll cultivate and motivate your team, identify targets and goals, evaluate sales performance to ensure our success, and set individual retail monthly sales objectives. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, a team player, loves taking on new challenges, and has experience working directly with customers.
Compensation:
$95,000- $165,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they're successful Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals Build and foster strong customer relationships and handle complaints to ensure their needs are met and keep their business Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement Product Specialist- this position cultivates strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and personalized solutions to assist in achieving individual monthly sales goals.
Qualifications:
