About the Position The Sales Operations Coordinator provides administrative, systems, and operational support to our Sales Department and helps coordinate the information and activities necessary to support our customers and sales team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this position works closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Accounting and uses the Company's ERP and other business systems to research and maintain customer, product, pricing, inventory, and sales information. This is a hands-on support role for someone who is organized, comfortable working with business systems and data, and able to independently research questions and follow matters through to completion. The position also cross-trains on key business processes to provide backup support and help ensure continuity across the department. Compensation $30.00 to $36.00 per hour , depending on qualifications and experience. As a Member of the
Team, You Will:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Sales Representatives and the Director of Sales. Assist with customer onboarding and account setup by gathering and coordinating required information and documentation. Use our ERP and other business systems to research and maintain customer, product, pricing, inventory, account, and sales information. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports involving customer sales, pricing, product performance, gross margin, volume, and other business information. Assist with quotes, proposals, customer agreements, pricing documentation, product information, account reviews, and other customer-facing materials. Research questions and discrepancies and coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Service to obtain information and resolve issues. Cross-train on designated sales, customer account, order coordination, pricing, inventory, and related ERP processes to provide backup support and help maintain business continuity. Assist with customer programs, bids, vendor requirements, Sales Department projects, and other departmental activities.
We Require That You Have:
High school diploma or equivalent. Three or more years of experience in sales support, sales operations, customer account administration, order management, business operations, or a similar administrative or coordinator role. Experience working with an ERP or other integrated business system. Strong Excel skills and the ability to organize, analyze, and present business information. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments. Good business judgment, initiative, and the ability to independently research issues and follow matters through to completion. Preferred Qualifications Experience with P21, PDI, or a comparable ERP system. Experience working with customer, product, pricing, inventory, sales, or other business data. Experience in petroleum, lubricants, distribution, transportation, or a related industry.
