This is not a traditional high-pressure sales role. The position focuses on product delivery, in-store support, and customer service.

Responsibilities include:

Visit existing customers along assigned routes Deliver products to retail stores Stock, organize, and maintain products on store shelves Introduce new products to existing customers Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff Respond to customer needs and provide excellent service Communicate with team members in Japanese and English Spend a significant portion of the workday driving between customer locations

Qualifications Required:

Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English Ability to communicate professionally in both languages Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented Comfortable driving regularly and performing product stocking duties No previous sales experience required.
