Sales Coordinator

What You'll Do:

• Support Account Managers by preparing quotes and sourcing computer hardware, software, and related products.
• Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and customers via phone and email.
• Research IT products and solutions to support ongoing sales needs.
• Manage sales-related tasks including customer follow-up, product sourcing, and account research.
• Provide exceptional customer service while juggling multiple priorities.
• Perform additional administrative and sales support tasks as needed.

What You Bring:

• 1 year + of sales, customer service and clerical experience (wireless retail or phone-based customer service preferred).
• Familiarity or interest in computer hardware, software, and IT products.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Tech-savvy mindset and interest in IT solutions.
