Residential Construction Sales Consultant Pay:
$72500 - $75,500 per year base [+ commission ]

Field-based across Southern California, reporting to our [Pomona ] office Required Qualifications 3+ years closing sales in home improvement, exterior construction, fencing, roofing, windows, hardscape, landscaping, or another installed residential product Documented experience converting company-provided leads into appointments, proposals, and signed contracts Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory Comfortable with CRM, digital proposals, and mobile field tools Active California Home Improvement Salesperson registration, or willing and eligible to obtain one Spanish fluency strongly preferred The Role Concrete Fence Installers is hiring a Residential Construction Sales Consultant to own precast concrete wall projects from the first homeowner conversation through contract and deposit. You'll receive qualified inbound leads, run discovery and site visits, help customers select the right wall solution, coordinate accurate estimating, present proposals, and close profitable work. This is not a desk job, and it is not a high-pressure one-call-close environment. What You'll Own Respond fast to new residential leads and follow up until reached, disqualified, or nurtured Conduct site visits — capture measurements, photos, access constraints, elevation changes, and site conditions Educate homeowners on wall options, installation, durability, permitting, and realistic timing Coordinate with estimating to produce accurate, margin-approved proposals Present proposals, handle objections, and secure signed contracts and deposits Keep complete CRM records and complete a clean handoff to operations What You Can Expect to Earn Base salary plus uncapped commission. Actual earnings vary based on performance, gross margin, and collections, per the written commission plan. Why This Role Is Different We manufacture what we install.
