SALES ASSISTANT

Pomona, CA (on-site) About Us American Precast Concrete, Inc. and Concrete Fence Installers, Inc. are Southern California-based manufacturers and installers of precast concrete fence and wall systems, serving residential, commercial, and public works projects across the state. We're a growing, family-owned company with a hands-on team culture. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team Prepare, format, and track proposals, contracts, and change orders Collect and organize project documents from customers, architects, engineers, and general contractors (plans, surveys, soils reports, grading plans, HOA requirements, permits, photos) Maintain and update the CRM — leads, follow-ups, pipeline status, and customer records Schedule appointments, site visits, and follow-up calls for sales representatives Support the project handoff process between Sales and Operations, confirming all required information is complete Respond to inbound customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate representative Assist with sales reporting, tracking logs, and general office coordination What We're Looking For 1+ years in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience a plus Clear written and verbal communication Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Construction, manufacturing, or building materials experience is a plus but not required High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid sick leave Paid vacation Paid holidays 401(k) with employer match
