Full-Time About the Opportunity Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships and helping people during challenging times? We're looking for a Public Adjuster Sales Consultant to join a growing team and help property owners navigate the insurance claims process. This is an exciting opportunity to combine consultative selling, relationship-building, and a passion for helping clients recover what they're entitled to. You'll connect with property owners, and commercial business owners identify their needs, and introduce them to professional public adjusting services. What You'll Do Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and other lead-generation activities. Build relationships with homeowners, commercial property owners, and referral partners. Educate prospective clients on the public adjusting process and the value of professional claims representation. Conduct consultations to understand property damage, insurance concerns, and potential service needs. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Follow up consistently with leads and referral sources to convert opportunities into signed agreements. Collaborate with public adjusters and internal team members to ensure a smooth transition from sales to claims service. Maintain accurate client and prospect information in the company's CRM. Represent the organization professionally at networking events, community functions, and industry gatherings. Meet or exceed established sales and production goals. What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales, business development, insurance, or customer-facing experience preferred. Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently. Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients during stressful situations. Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close business. Professional demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Public Adjuster license or insurance experience is a plus ; licensing requirements will vary by state. Why Join?
