In this role, you will find sales opportunities to present Verizon's premium mobile options to our customers. The Entry Level Sales Representative centers on building trust through sales consultations and highlighting the value of Verizon's reliable connectivity. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll work in person with customers to develop and expand existing accounts through Verizon mobile recommendations and sales. By maintaining account checks, uncovering new sales opportunities, and supporting account objectives, the Entry Level Sales Representative plays a key role in customer retention and sales growth. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative Support customer accounts personally, proposing Verizon solutions by analyzing usage data and aligning enrollment with smartphones, data plans, and wireless features. Strengthen accounts by reviewing mobile activity, identifying opportunities, and recommending device or plan enhancements that improve connectivity. Provide steady account guidance with clear, data‑driven recommendations that optimize usage, including plan tiers, device compatibility, and hotspot flexibility. Pursue account growth by facilitating upgrades, additional lines, and mobile sales opportunities, using account metrics to identify expansion potential. Maintain positive account momentum by responding effectively to client feedback and ensuring enrollment records remain precise. Drive account development excellence by combining sales techniques with technical accuracy, reinforcing Verizon's reputation for reliable mobile solutions Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in sales or account management is a plus, but not mandatory. Precision in sales records and billing to ensure seamless account transitions. Comfort with wireless services and sales tools for accurate documentation. Skill in turning customer concerns into opportunities for upgrades, additional lines, or protection packages.
