Must be able to get to Rancho Cucamonga, California Overview The Rancho Cucamonga site is part of SLB's Smith International division, focused on manufacturing, engineering, and sales of oilfield equipment and services. What They Do (Core Work) 1. Engineering & Manufacturing Design and produce drilling tools, components, and oilfield equipment Work on mechanical systems used in drilling and production operations Support product development, testing, and customization 2. Technical Sales & Commercial Operations Act as a hub for proposal development (RFP/RFQ), pricing, and contracts Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions Support third-party business growth (non-SLB internal customers) 3. Supply Chain & Operations Manage production, inventory, and logistics of equipment Support field operations by ensuring tools are ready for deployment 4. Customer & Market Engagement Build relationships with oil & gas operators and service companies Identify new opportunities and drive cross-selling / upselling strategies Why ITAR Matters Some products or technologies may be export-controlled (defense/energy-related) That's why they require U.S. Citizenship for certain roles #LI-ES2
