This entry-level Sales Associate opportunity is ideal for someone interested in B2B sales, business development, marketing, customer engagement, and telecommunications. You'll work with businesses to understand their communication and connectivity needs, introduce relevant AT&T business solutions, and support the sales process from the initial conversation through follow-up and closing. Key Responsibilities of an AT&T Assistant Engage with business owners, decision-makers, and prospective clients in a professional and confident manner. Prospect for new business opportunities and initiate conversations with potential B2B customers. Ask effective questions to understand each business's communication, technology, and service needs. Present AT&T business products and services while clearly explaining relevant features and benefits. Conduct sales presentations, answer questions, address objections, and guide prospects through the sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers through professional communication and consistent follow-up. Maintain accurate prospect, customer, and sales activity information. Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development. Stay informed about products, services, promotions, and sales processes to confidently communicate with prospects. What We're Looking For in the AT&T Assistant role: Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. Professional, confident, and customer-focused.
