Employment Type:
Part-Time (up to 35 hours per month) and be available Saturday and Sunday. Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Lead Generation Specialist to represent Pro Garage Doors at Costco locations and local Home Shows.

This role involves engaging with Costco members and potential customers, understanding their garage door needs, and gathering leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, personable, and able to learn about our products quickly.
Compensation Hourly Rate:
$20 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses. Additional $10 for every lead booked. Sick time for part time employees Other Resources We Provide Comprehensive training on garage door products and sales techniques. Opportunity to work with a supportive and fun team. Growth opportunities within the company. This includes moving into a sales roll at customers homes and other networking events. Uniform, tablet, and any other resources needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities Proactively approach Costco members to initiate conversations. Listen to customer needs, preferences, and concerns to recommend products. Hit or exceed lead generation and booking goals. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing Pro Garage Doors. Stay informed about our products, services, and promotions. Qualifications Outgoing and confident personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and driven to meet performance goals. Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs. Comfortable working in a retail environment and engaging with customers face-to-face. Basic understanding of garage door products and services (training provided). Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus. Must be available
