Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Contractor , you will be responsible for customer relations, canvassing, and helping connect residential telecommunications for installation to ensure seamless connectivity for our customers. Your expertise will help deliver reliable internet, cable, cellular, and alarm services directly to homes, enhancing the customer experience through professional service and technical excellence. Responsibilities Schedule appointments, Installations and educate clients on residential telecommunications equipment including routers, modems, and wiring systems. Operate personal vehicles safely to reach customer sites and conduct outdoor work efficiently. Maintain compliance with fiber optic information and sharing company information according to proper protocol to keep good standing with company intellectual property. Run speed tests that could be the result of service issues related to Ethernet, telephone, low voltage wiring, and electrical connections; techs perform repairs as needed. Communicate clearly with customers to explain installation procedures, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout the process. Ability to input data both in CRM systems and in the customer order system; and ability to ask for help when you need it. Maintain daily communication with team lead regarding performance and accountability towards daily progress in the field. Skills Strong communication skills and ability to learn and adapt to varying situations. Express interest in learning and growing in a team setting.
