Duties Engage with customers in person and over the phone to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate products or services Drive company vehicles along assigned routes, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups while maintaining safety standards Conduct route driving efficiently, managing schedules to maximize customer satisfaction and operational productivity Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting compelling options Maintain accurate pricing information, ensuring competitive yet profitable sales transactions Perform merchandising tasks by organizing displays, stock replenishment, and ensuring product visibility in retail or client locations Handle heavy lifting of products or materials safely to support inventory management and delivery processes Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive relationships Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, report on route progress, and relay customer feedback Organize daily routes effectively using organizational skills to optimize time management and service coverage Experience Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a retail, logistics, or military environment Familiarity with pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and merchandising principles Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record; experience with route driving is highly desirable Strong math skills for handling transactions, pricing calculations, and inventory counts Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly convey product benefits Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various settings Prior experience in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, organizational skills, and resilience Join us as a Sales Representative where your energy fuels success!
