AT&T Sales Team Lead:
Guide customers through the enrollment process for AT&T's wireless, fiber internet, and entertainment solutions, ensuring all required information is accurately completed and services are set up efficiently. Deliver clear, personalized consultations that break down AT&T's offerings into simple, easy-to-understand options tailored to each customer's needs. Support the post-enrollment experience by coordinating installations, assisting with setup questions, and ensuring a smooth activation process. Keep detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions and enrollment progress within the CRM system to support tracking and follow-up. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by recommending relevant upgrades or additional services based on individual usage and preferences. Work closely with team members and leadership to address challenges, resolve concerns, and maintain a consistently high standard of service. What the AT&T Sales Team Lead Brings to the Table:
High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in business, communications, or marketing is a plus but not required. Previous experience in service coordination, enrollment, or account setup is preferred, especially in telecom, utilities, or sales-driven environments. Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to simplify AT&T's service options into clear, easy-to-understand solutions. Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to maintain accurate customer records, track enrollments, and manage documentation efficiently.
