This isn't a desk job. You'll be meeting prospects where they are, understanding their communication needs, and delivering solutions that keep them connected and competitive. You'll manage an assigned territory, drive new customer acquisition, and identify cross-sell opportunities. Think of yourself less as a "salesperson" and more as a trusted advisor with a quota - and the tools and support to crush it. What you'll actually be doing: Getting out of the office and meeting with prospective clients face-to-face across the Ontario and the Inland Empire Generating new sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and community networking Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue Presenting Verizon wireless solutions tailored to each client's unique needs and lifestyle Tracking activity and pipeline in CRM tools and hitting (let's be real — exceeding) monthly targets Staying sharp on the latest Verizon products, promotions, and competitive landscape Who you are: A natural connector - you walk into a room and people want to hear what you have to say Self-motivated and comfortable with autonomy; you don't need a manager breathing down your neck Resilient - you treat a "no" as a "not yet" Organized enough to manage multiple accounts and prospects without dropping the ball 1-2 years of sales, customer-facing, or business development experience is a plus, but hunger matters more than a resume Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (you're in the field, after all) Ready to make moves?
