We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, industry-leading warranties, fast turnaround times, and high-quality glass products our customers trust. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base, strengthen existing relationships, and drive long-term sales growth. Position Overview This is a field-based sales position focused on developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will be responsible for building your territory, generating new accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and serving as a trusted resource for customers. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, developing business relationships, and helping customers find solutions. Experience in the glass, window, glazing, construction, or building products industry is beneficial, but we are willing to train the right individual with a strong sales background and a desire to succeed. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new customer relationships within assigned territories Generate new business opportunities and open new customer accounts Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers Conduct regular customer visits and territory coverage Follow up on quotes, projects, and sales opportunities Present company products, services, and value-added solutions Deliver product samples, marketing materials, and customer presentations Work closely with inside sales and customer service teams to support customer needs Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Qualifications Proven sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience in the glass, glazing, window, construction, or building materials industry is a plus What We Offer Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure 401(k) retirement plan Paid training and ongoing support Territory with growth potential Professional marketing materials and sales support A team-oriented culture focused on customer service, quality, and long-term success
