Job Description

SEVCO Restoration is a large fire restoration company specializing in residential and commercial construction, as well as contents cleaning, restoration, storage and pack-back, servicing Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles Counties (Southern California). •Looking for individuals who live in Inland Empire, CA•
Position Summary:
This role generates restoration opportunities by responding to emergency events, building community partnerships, and guiding customers through the restoration process. Requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to support customers in high‑stress scenarios. We are looking for positive, creative individuals who are willing to learn our proven systems and join our amazing team. We are looking for a confident sales representative who wants to work for a top notch company in the fire restoration industry and help residential and commercial property owners who have experienced a fire.
Qualifications:
Current CSLB Home Improvement Sales (H.I.S.) License Proven experience in outside sales or direct‑to‑consumer/business sales. Minimum 2 years in person sales experience (construction sales a plus, but not necessary, will train the right person). Motivated, caring, self-disciplined individual with excellent time and prospecting management abilities. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. Team oriented, problem-solver. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Quick to adapt to new digital processes and tools Able to pass background checks.
Responsibilities:
Visit residential or commercial owners who have experienced a fire at their property and present the benefits of utilizing SEVCO to perform the full re-construction and contents handling if applicable and retain them as a client. Conduct onsite assessments, gather loss details and prepare job intake information. Provide weekly communication with clients with updates, scheduling and payment collection until project completion. Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals Document all leads, follow‑ups and interactions in the using established systems. Compensation Disclosure This position is compensated with a base salary plus commission (DOE). Additional compensation includes mileage reimbursement.
Expected pay range:
$55,000.00 - $150,000 per year. Actual compensation depends on experience and job‑related factors permitted under California law. •All leads provided. $150,000+ at minimum goal. Potential for much more if motivated. Base+ Commission. Commission only. Full-Time. Medical Dental Vision Paid Time Off 401K •
