HOTWORX Rohnert Park is looking for an enthusiastic Total Sales Associate (TSA) who thrives in a sales-driven environment, loves building relationships, and enjoys being rewarded for performance. HOTWORX is a 24/7 infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed HIIT, yoga, Pilates, cycling, rowing, strength training, and recovery sessions inside patented infrared saunas. Our members love the results, and we're looking for someone who can confidently introduce new people to the HOTWORX experience and help them become members. What You'll Do Sales & Member Experience

• Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Conduct studio tours and present HOTWORX memberships
• Confidently close membership and retail sales, helping guests choose the membership that fits their goals
• Recommend retail products that enhance the member experience
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
• Build relationships with prospective and current members to drive retention and referrals Studio Operations
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming, including sanitizing saunas and workout areas each shift
• Process memberships, retail purchases, and transactions accurately in our POS system
• Complete opening or closing procedures We're Looking For Someone Who...
• Is confident having conversations and asking for the sale
• Has a sales track record (fitness, retail, cell phone, auto, or any commission role preferred)
• Is coachable, dependable, punctual, and accountable
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys working toward goals and celebrating results
• Bilingual preferred Schedule & Availability
• Part-time, up to 25 hours per week
• Must be open to working any shift Monday through Saturday
• No staffed shifts on Sundays Compensation & Benefits
• $17.00 per hour plus uncapped commission on membership and retail sales
