Hermetic Seal Corporation is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to serve as a trusted point of contact for our customers in the aerospace, defense, and high-reliability electronics markets. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships through exceptional service, account management, and coordination with internal teams. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage customer accounts throughout the order lifecycle, including quotations, order processing, order status management, and customer support. You will work closely with customers, manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, and field sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful order execution. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, inside sales support, or commercial operations within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Prepare and manage customer quotations in accordance with company pricing guidelines and profitability objectives. Process and manage customer purchase orders from receipt through fulfillment. Coordinate with operations, planning, engineering, and quality teams to provide customers with accurate order status and delivery information. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding pricing, lead times, product specifications, order status, and technical documentation. Support customers with product-related questions in collaboration with Sales Engineering and technical personnel. Manage customer account reviews and identify opportunities to improve service, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests and facilitate issue resolution. Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, orders, and communications within ERP and CRM systems. Ensure compliance with applicable import/export regulations and company policies. Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, inside sales support, order management, or commercial operations. Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, electronics, aerospace, defense, or technical product environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer priorities simultaneously. Proven ability to coordinate effectively with both customers and cross-functional internal teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident in accordance with ITAR regulations. Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
