We are looking for motivated and energetic Sales Consultants to join our team. Whether you have automotive sales experience or are new to the industry, we provide training and support to help you succeed. Compensation includes monthly base pay plus commission on vehicle purchases and sales. Most sales consultants currently earn approximately $4,000 - $7,000+ per month. Responsibilities Assist customers in finding vehicles that fit their needs and budget Respond to phone calls, walk-in customers, online inquiries, and social media leads Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives Follow up with customers throughout the sales process Assist with vehicle acquisition opportunities and trade-ins Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Work with the team to achieve monthly sales goals Requirements Must be able to communicate fluently in Chinese (Mandarin preferred) Previous automotive sales experience is strongly preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and goal-oriented Valid California driver's license required Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Must be able to move vehicles safely within the dealership lot Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions We welcome individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy working with people, and are eager to grow with a fast-growing dealership.
