As the summer begins to heat up so does our sales floor. We are looking for motivated individuals with outgoing personalities and the desire to excel. No sales experience is necessary, but the desire to learn is a must! This is a great income potential position! Want to turn your passion for motorsports into a career? Job duties include:

Handle all inbound sales leads for Can-Am ATV's & Side-by-Sides, Sea-Doo watercraft, Ski-Doo snowmobiles, Spyder & Ryker motorcycles Maintain the sales floor Answer phone inquiries and assist customers Greet customers & determine the best type of vehicle they desire Actively engage in business development such as contacting new customers, customer follow-up, etc. Complete sales of back-end products, such as warranties and pre-paid maintenance plans Participate in team meetings Provide personal input on current sales promotions Have the ability to comply with all rules, regulations, and safety programs Can-Am requires Have a strong and positive attitude! . . . . . . . . .

Preferred Skills:

Previous sales experience is encouraged but

Highly skilled in communication via phone, email, and text Being comfortable working in a commission based business Basic computer skills Strong closing experience preferred Have the ability to obtain a CA Sales License General knowledge of powersports and motorsports products . . . . . . . . .
