This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background selling food or beverage products into major mainstream retail accounts. Interested candidates must have Food & Beverage experience (FMCG) The Sales Rep
  • Food & Beverage will focus on business development, new account growth, retail relationship management, and revenue expansion across key national and regional channels.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands the food and beverage production space, knows how to work with large retail buyers, and wants to contribute to continued market growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow sales opportunities with mainstream retail accounts, including major national and regional retailers. Manage relationships with buyers, category managers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to support account growth. Identify new business opportunities, present product solutions, and support revenue expansion in the food and beverage market. Maintain strong knowledge of customer needs, competitive activity, pricing, promotions, and market trends. Collaborate with internal teams to support account planning, product availability, forecasting, and customer satisfaction. Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and account performance to meet or exceed sales goals. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Develop new business and expand existing retail account relationships.
  • Manage sales activity with mainstream accounts such as Walmart, Costco, Sam's, Target, and Albertsons.
  • Support account growth, product presentations, and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the food or beverage industry.
  • Experience working with mainstream retail accounts is required.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage sales channels, retail account management, and buyer relationships.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, open new accounts, negotiate effectively, and drive sales results.
  • Strong communication, presentation, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with internal teams. Preferred Qualifications
  • Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Existing relationships with major retail buyers or category managers in the food and beverage space.
  • Experience supporting new product launches, retail promotions, or category expansion.
