Essential Duties:

Utilize Sales skills on qualified appointments Meet and build rapport with customers in their homes Determine their design needs Educate customers by presenting the Re-Bath solution Close sales Utilize Project and Design skills on qualified appointments Conduct job site measuring Photograph spaces appropriately Create designs with customers Select appropriate products Correctly calculate costs of projects Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience; in-home sales experience a plus Home improvement related sales experience preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Outstanding communication skills Responsible and reliable Coachable mindset Competitive by nature Clean driving record and background check Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs Independent, self-motivated, disciplined, high achiever Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM a plus High school diploma or GED required This position is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about interior design and sales who thrive on delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving sales goals.
