Your job is to build relationships, understand each homeowner's needs, design the right solution, and close the sale. What You'll Do Travel to pre-qualified homeowner appointments throughout your assigned territory Measure windows and recommend the best window covering solutions Prepare quotes and present pricing confidently Build trust through a consultative sales approach rather than high-pressure tactics Follow up with customers when necessary to close additional opportunities Maintain accurate notes and customer information in our CRM Represent the company professionally at every appointment What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Confidence speaking with homeowners Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Comfortable working evenings and some weekends Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Ability to learn product knowledge and measuring techniques Sales experience is desired. Must have experience is measuring for shutters, shades, and blinds.
