We are looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Representative to join our showroom team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning product details, and keeping operations running smoothly. Position Overview As a Sales Representative, you will assist customers with product selection, process orders, schedule measurement and installation appointments, and maintain accurate records using our CRM and invoicing systems. You'll also handle payments, support showroom upkeep, and develop strong product knowledge to guide customers confidently. Key Responsibilities Greet customers with a positive, welcoming attitude and provide knowledgeable assistance throughout their visit Guide customers through product options, pricing, and order details Create and manage customer orders using our CRM software Schedule measurement and installation appointments with accuracy and professionalism Process payments through terminal or cash transactions Generate invoices and maintain organized records of customer interactions Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all United Porte door collections Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times Communicate clearly with customers, installers, and internal teams Support daily operational tasks as needed Qualifications Sales experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and a consistently positive, friendly attitude Comfortable learning new systems, including CRM and invoicing software Ability to handle cash and terminal payments responsibly Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn product specifications and installation basics What We Offer Hands-on training and ongoing product education Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive team environment Competitive pay structure
