Business Developement Representative KniTec Overview:
KniTec is a leading, dynamic, and rapidly growing sales company specializing in the distribution of displays and professional audio-visual equipment. KniTec is a company dedicated to providing streamlined and comprehensive solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Devlopment Representative. We are partnered with all major electronics manufacturers like Samsung, LG, Planar, Sharp, and are able to provide honest and unbiased technology solution consultation for your upcoming project(s). We handle all damage and warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on behalf of our customers, and can provide warehouse, installation and liquidation services across the country. KniTec is committed to providing aggressive pricing by leveraging our volume and extending our advantage to our customers.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative , specifically focusing on the PRO AV sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, along with cold calling skills. As a Business Development Representative. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Business Development Rep Responsibilities:
Cold Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to prospects or leads to introduce products or services. Engage with decision-makers to determine their needs, challenges, and level of interest in the company's offerings. Effectively pitch the company's products or services, highlighting their value and benefits. Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, text and chat. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed. This is an onsite, in office role only. Not a remote position.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Sales Developement Rep or Business Development Rep. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt. Experience with ERP/CMS software is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required. Equating experience is also preferred.
