$1,500/week base + $200 per closed sale + gas reimbursement

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities Meet with property owners to assess damage and explain services Manage leads and maintain client relationships Close sales and coordinate with internal teams

Qualifications :

Previous sales experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Reliable transportation required

Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed base salary of $1,500 per week $200 commission per closed deal Gas reimbursement Ongoing support and training
