Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and personable Client Outreach Specialist to help introduce our services to local small businesses. This role is centered around building connections, understanding business needs, and helping owners discover practical solutions that can improve their day-to-day operations. The position includes in-person outreach within the local community, such as visiting businesses and attending events, with flexibility to connect through additional channels as needed. Training and materials will be provided. Responsibilities Connect with local business owners and introduce our services Build and maintain professional relationships Listen to business needs and identify areas for support Present solutions in a clear and straightforward way Assist with bringing on new clients Represent the company in a professional manner Compensation This is a performance-based role with commission opportunities: Commission is provided for each client you help onboard Additional earnings may continue based on client retention Earnings vary depending on level of activity and results Training and ongoing support are provided.
