Full Job Description Sales Development Representative Location:
San Francisco, CA (Onsite) Role Overview Sales Development Representative responsible for building outbound pipeline for high-value enterprise AI contracts. This is an early GTM hire working directly with leadership to drive pipeline for large ACV deals in a fast-scaling startup. Responsibilities Drive outbound pipeline generation across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and conferences Build and expand target account lists aligned to ideal customer profiles Run initial discovery conversations and qualify enterprise opportunities Collaborate with senior sellers to convert pipeline into revenue Test and scale outbound channels, messaging, and playbooks Own top-of-funnel pipeline for high-value enterprise contracts ($500K+ ACV) Work directly with CEO and sales leadership on GTM execution Requirements 1-2+ years SDR, business development, or GTM experience (exceptional new grads considered) Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline Comfortable with cold calling and live conversations High agency, organization, and execution mindset Willingness to travel for events Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work onsite in San Francisco
