Role Summary As a Retail Sales Lead/Key Holder (Full-Time) , you are a trusted member of the retail store team who supports sales, customer service, and daily store operations. You will be responsible for designated opening and closing duties, including securing the store and completing required cash-handling and operational procedures. Through your enthusiasm for the Le Creuset brand and products, you will create exceptional customer experiences, contribute to store sales goals, and help maintain our visual and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities Open and Close the

Store:

Perform authorized opening and closing procedures, including securing the store, managing keys and alarm codes, completing cash-handling responsibilities, and ensuring required operational and safety checks are completed.

Support Sales and Customer Experience:

Contribute to the achievement of sales and KPI goals, provide personalized service, and share product knowledge related to cooking, baking, and entertaining.

Maintain Operational and Visual Standards:

Support cash management, merchandising, inventory control, loss-prevention procedures, and the execution of Le Creuset's visual and operational standards. Contribute to a
