Sales Leader Location:
San Francisco Bay Area We are seeking an execution-focused SAP Go-to-Market (GTM) Sales Leader to accelerate growth of our SAP business across target industries and strategic accounts. This role will drive three key priorities: Build SAP as a standalone go-to-market growth engine Expand SAP penetration across existing accounts and practices Drive pipeline creation, deal execution, and revenue outcomes through SAP-led transformation This is a business + solutions leadership role focused on delivering measurable impact-pipeline growth, bookings, revenue, and long-term client value through SAP modernization programs.

S/4HANA, RISE
with
SAP, SAP BTP, SAP
SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and SAP Analytics/Integration + Drive pipeline, client engagement, and deal closure in partnership with Account Teams and Sales + Develop industry solutions, packaged accelerators, and strategic ecosystem partnerships aligned to SAP transformation needs + Own SAP revenue growth and GTM success across target territories/accounts + Expand SAP Across Practices & Accounts + Partner with Practice Leaders to integrate SAP pursuits with Cloud, Data, AI, Applications, QE, and Managed Services + Enable cross-functional teams with playbooks, messaging, reference architectures, and pursuit assets + Drive a client-facing, outcome-based sales approach that connects SAP programs to business value + Represent the firm as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on SAP transformation strategy + Drive Deal Execution & Client Outcomes + Lead large, complex opportunities from qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close + Shape solutions that improve operating efficiency, finance modernization, supply chain performance, and business agility through SAP programs + Coordinate with delivery leaders to ensure proposals are executable, staffed, and aligned to scope and margin expectations + Build reusable pursuit frameworks, case studies, and win themes to improve speed-to-market + Leadership & Execution + Build and influence a high-performing SAP GTM -virtual team- across Sales, Alliances, Solutions, and Delivery + Track KPIs across pipeline, bookings, revenue, win rate, and average deal size + Partner with business and practice leaders on strategy, territory planning, and quarterly execution
  • What you will bring:
  • + 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology or consulting sales; 5+ years focused on
SAP GTM, SAP
services sales, or ERP transformation pursuits + Proven experience scaling SAP offerings in a services/consulting environment with measurable pipeline and revenue results + Strong understanding of SAP transformation programs, including S/4HANA modernization, RISE with
SAP, SAP
BTP, and cloud migration/managed services + Demonstrated success influencing C-level stakeholders and leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals + Strong stakeholder management, executive presence, and execution focus
  • Education:
  • + Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $235,000-280,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
