Approximately 20 hours per week Role Overview We are seeking a Techno-Sales Consultant with strong experience in the Atlassian ecosystem to support customer engagements, solution discussions, and pre-sales activities across the West Coast region of the United States. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on Atlassian administration expertise with strong customer-facing and consultative selling skills. This role requires the ability to engage with prospects, understand business challenges, demonstrate Atlassian solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand business requirements and challenges. Support pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, workshops, demos, and discovery sessions. Act as a trusted advisor on Atlassian products and best practices. Provide guidance on Atlassian implementations, integrations, migrations, and optimization strategies. Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to develop tailored customer solutions. Participate in in-person customer meetings across California and the West Coast region. Assist in proposal development, solution positioning, and technical discussions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business development initiatives. Required Qualifications 4-6 years of experience working within the Atlassian ecosystem. Hands-on experience administering Atlassian products such as: Jira Software Jira Service Management Confluence Atlassian Cloud and/or Data Center environments Strong understanding of Atlassian administration, workflows, permissions, automation, and integrations. Customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders. Experience supporting pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales engagements. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel within California and the West Coast region as required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with Atlassian Solution Partners or consulting organizations. Atlassian certifications are highly desirable. Experience with Agile, DevOps, ITSM, and enterprise collaboration platforms. Familiarity with marketplace applications and third-party integrations. Important Eligibility Criteria Candidates currently employed by Atlassian competitor organizations or active Atlassian Partner companies will not be considered. Candidates who have previously worked with Atlassian Partner organizations may be considered. Must be legally authorized to work as an independent consultant in the United States.
