Sales Representative

Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Identify and locate new clients through various methods including networking, cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins. Apply knowledge of product features to match products with the needs and the budgets of clients. Answer client inquiries concerning products, their uses, and assist with purchases in accordance with customer needs and budgets. Provide information, quotes, and other bid specifications to clients. Make 2020 design, estimates, process orders, schedule, and accurately measure each project efficiently. Provide outstanding service to multiple clients with varying timeline and project needs. Prepare and report results, status of accounts, and leads to the Manager. Keep clear and accurate records of all client sales. Ensure showroom samples are neat and organized. Monitor customer orders and confirm that each order is accurately and timely processed prior to pick up or delivery. Timely update with customers about company's new products/new samples and promotions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High school degree. Experience of interior and kitchen cabinet design is preferred.

Project coordination:

1 year (preferred).

Customer service:

1 year.

PM Requirements/Skills:

Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Understanding of kitchen and bath design trends. Proficiency in ERP Systems, 2020 Design software program for designing and pricing is preferred. Proficiency with reading blueprints & ability to perform field measures is preferred. Team player, responsible, willing to learn and provide quality customer services. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Organized with attention to detail.
