Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dual Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for sales. As a Dual Sales Coordinator, you will split your working days between Hampton Inn & Suites San Luis Obispo (1530 Calle Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405), and TownePlace Suites by Marriott (1301 Calle Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405). Responsibilities Assist the Dual Director of Sales in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships with customers. Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients to facilitate smooth transactions. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information. Support the development of sales presentations and promotional materials. Analyze sales data to identify trends and assist in forecasting future sales needs. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on product availability and customer requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience Industry Management recent and soon to be graduates highly encouraged to apply (preferred, not required).
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work collaboratively with hotel service team to provide exceptional customer service. Superior guest relation skills. Excellent telephone sales skills with overall sales skills and an ability to effectively close a sale. Excellent verbal and written skills. Operational knowledge and/or appreciation of operational challenges. Works collaboratively to achieve team and individual goals. Proficiency in business software, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint High school or GED or equivalent. Experience in a hotel or similar sales and marketing environment desirable but not required. Strong computer skills. Understanding of online internet distribution channels. Experience with Microsoft Office products. Basic mathematical skills. Strong communication skills - both oral and written. Organization and time management skills. Interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organization skills.
