Starting pay 16.90 + tips, as well as potential for sales commission of 7% if you are a good fit for the sales position. Bilingual is a plus point. Responsibilities Wash attendant; Vacuum/wipe/clean-windows/detail car other Labor like chores; cleaning, etc. Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Perform detailed cleaning tasks including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, window cleaning, and buffing to achieve a high-quality finish Conduct vehicle detailing and custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness standards inside and outside the vehicles Promote additional services such as premium detailing packages to increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties like sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and organizing supplies Requirements Prior experience in customer service or janitorial/custodial roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of car wash procedures, detailing techniques, buffing, and window tinting is a plus Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Valid driver's license not required but is a plus Experience in custodial work or janitorial services will be highly regarded Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and reaching This role is paid hourly and includes tips from customers; as well as potential commission opportunities.
