Fine Jewelry Sales Consultant Full-Time | Tuesday-Saturday Competitive base pay plus sales commission We are a family-owned fine jewelry store specializing in custom design, as well as jewelry restoration, repair, and redesign. Our business is built around craftsmanship, trust, and long-term relationships with our clients. We are seeking an experienced, polished, and relationship-driven Fine Jewelry Sales Consultant to join our team full-time. This is a consultative sales role focused on building trust, providing thoughtful guidance, and developing long-term client relationships. The position also includes hands-on jewelry and watch service tasks, making it a good fit for someone who enjoys both client interaction and practical work. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury, relationship-based, or consultative sales, preferably with experience in the jewelry industry, and will be comfortable working in a small-business environment where everyone contributes to the client experience. Responsibilities Welcome clients and create a relaxed, professional, no-pressure experience Build and maintain long-term client relationships Assist clients with jewelry purchases, as well as repair, alteration, and restoration intake Create custom design fine jewelry using Countersketch and Matrix Receive, organize, schedule, and track repair and service jobs Clean and inspect jewelry Replace watch batteries and size watch bracelets after training Perform very minor jewelry service tasks after training Order materials and supplies for client jobs Assist with appraisals and documentation Operate the point-of-sale and customer management systems Help maintain showcases, windows, floors, and a clean, safe, organized store environment Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sales experience Strong customer service and communication skills Professional grammar and vocabulary Personable, dependable, punctual, and responsible Strong attention to detail and comfort handling valuable merchandise Willingness to learn jewelry, watch, and service-related skills Physical & Hands-On Requirements Although this is primarily a sales and client-service position, working in a full-service jewelry store is hands-on. Members of our sales team participate in many aspects of the client experience, including jewelry cleaning, watch battery replacement, bracelet sizing, and maintaining the showroom.
