Our catering program serves corporate offices, schools, medical facilities, churches, and organizations across the region, and we're looking for the right person to help take it to the next level. The Role This is a relationship-first, boots-on-the-ground position. You'll be the face of FOB Grill in the community — visiting local businesses in person, delivering sample meals straight to their door, and turning first impressions into long-term catering partnerships. Think of it as a daily opportunity to let the food speak for itself. What a Typical Day Looks Like Most of your mornings will be spent on the road. You'll load up sample meals and branded materials, then visit local businesses — offices, medical clinics, gyms, schools, churches — to introduce FOB Grill's catering program in person. No cold calls. Just real food, real conversations, and a warm handoff to decision-makers who didn't know they needed us yet. The rest of your time goes toward following up with leads, tracking your pipeline, and supporting the Catering Manager with inquiries, outreach strategy, and occasional event prep. Primary Responsibilities Field Outreach & Business Development Conduct daily in-person visits to local businesses, delivering complimentary sample meals as an introduction to our catering services Identify and connect with decision-makers (office managers, event coordinators, administrators) Build relationships with offices, schools, medical facilities, gyms, churches, and community organizations Distribute menus, promotional materials, and catering packages Re-engage lapsed catering customers and nurture repeat business Track leads, visit history, and follow-up activity using provided tools Sales Support & Follow-Through Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email after in-person visits Help grow recurring corporate and office catering accounts Respond promptly to inbound catering inquiries Support the Catering Manager with proposals, coordination, and customer communication Identify new partnership and community outreach opportunities Event & Operations Support (as needed) Assist with catering deliveries, event setup, and order packaging on an occasional basis You're a Great Fit If You...
