Responsibilities:
Meet with potential customers to discuss their HVAC needs and preferences. Conduct in-home evaluations to assess the current HVAC system and identify opportunities for improvement. Explain the features and benefits of various HVAC products and services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals. Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience Excellent Communicator In-home sales Must be able to read and write in English. Strong decision-making abilities Comfortable navigating through multiple software systemsPay Transparency:
This opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average $175k- 275k.
