Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target construction companies, contractors, and project managers within assigned territories. Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and online research to expand the customer base. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our offerings' value and capabilities. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and upselling relevant products or services. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness in the territory. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management efforts to optimize outreach efforts. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the construction or related industries. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and lead generation initiatives. Expertise in business development strategies that foster long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth. Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for account management and analysis. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Effective communication skills for product demos, presentations, and building rapport with diverse clients. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth. Experience in retail or inside sales environments is a plus, along with familiarity with marketing tactics and technology sales techniques.
